Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
'• Responsible for ensuring customer centricity by responding to next stage/line for various quality concerns and taking corrective and preventive actions.
• Responsible for ensuring customer centricity by responding to next stage/line by supplying bodies as per TACT.
• Responsible for ensuring manpower and allocation of work to associates as per their skills to produce first time right and every time right products from his stage/line.
- To resolve the next customer and TCF line complaints at minimum possible time in order to attain good customer satisfaction.
- To Monitor and control absenteeism on line by planning associates leave.
- To find cost effective solution for the FOS Items by monitoring, suggesting, Participating, implementing I4 ideas/Kaizens
- To monitor and reduce the number of concerns occurring at NOVA P, NOVA C, RFI by reviewing the daily concerns and implementing actions.
- To create a conducive environment for safe and engaged working.
- To monitor and improve the MQS and MAPS score of his BWT through continuous up gradation of processes.
- To improve the quality level and skill of associates in BWT continuous monitoring and nominating associates for re dexterity as per 3X3 Matrix

Experience 4 to 8 Years
Qualifications Industry Preferred B.Tech/ DSCT( Surface Coating )
