Drive the P&L for the designated business vertical in Talent Consulting
• Lead a team of Talent Consultants to the successful accomplishment of goals
• Mentor, coach and train team members for desired efficiencies and productivity
• Provide strategic inputs and direction for business and process improvements
• Acquire new clients through Business Development. Generate repeat business through high
quality client servicing and client engagement initiatives
• Engage with clients at desired frequency to deliver on superior results and ensure repeat
