Position Overview:
As an Educational Psychologist at AJs Chalo Seekhen, you will play a pivotal role in understanding and addressing the psychological aspects influencing learning outcomes. Collaborating closely with students, educators, and parents, you'll assess and devise interventions for various learning and behavioral challenges, ensuring an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify learning barriers, behavioral patterns, and emotional factors impacting students' academic performance.
- Develop customized education plans and intervention strategies in collaboration with teachers, parents, and support staff.
- Provide counseling and support services to students facing academic, social, or emotional difficulties, fostering their overall well-being and academic success.
- Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in educational psychology, integrating innovative practices into our educational programs.
- Facilitate professional development workshops and training sessions for educators on effective classroom management and student support strategies.
- Collaborate with our curriculum development team to incorporate psychological principles into our educational materials and programs.
Qualifications:
- Master's or doctoral degree in Educational Psychology or a related field.
- State licensure or certification as an Educational Psychologist.
- Previous experience in educational settings, preferably in schools or educational institutions.
- Proficiency in psychological assessment tools and techniques.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
