CFO and Finance Officer, Symbiosis Open Education Society Pune, Maharashtra, India (On-site)We are looking for suitable candidates for the position of CFO & Finance officer. Location: · CFO: Model Colony, Pune.· Finance officer (FO): Model Colony & Kiwale (Ravet), PuneQualification and experience: CFO 15 years post CA qualification experience. Should have handled turnover of 100 cr plus. Managed complete accounts & finance functions with a medium size team. Should be well versed with IT laws & Taxation. FO – 10 years post CA qualification experience. Candidates with MBA Finance / M. Com may also apply. Candidate must have complete day to day management experience of all accounts activities. Candidates must be proficient in English communication skills, tally, advance excel, MS Word, power point.Job description: Financial planning, Budget preparation and monitoring by comparing the budgetary provisions with actual expenditure.Monitor all Day-to-day accounts activitiesRegular monitoring of revenue & expenditure and taking necessary actions pertaining to the sameInitiate and sustain cost control measure.To carry out Financial and Variance AnalysisFund Management & Investment of funds by ensuring good returns.Handling tax related matters and representation to tax authority.Preparation and submission of regular MIS to management.Submission of financial data, presentations, analysis etc. to the management from time to timeTo carry out requisite Statutory CompliancesTo undertake statutory and Internal audit in association with the Statutory and Internal AuditorLiaison with bank authorities, government offices, major suppliers, Contractors, Business partners.Submission of recommendations in investment and procurement decisions.Regular reporting to Management on financial matters.Candidates shall send application on [email protected]
