Role Summary:

Brand : Dentsu Creative Designation : Account Manager (Digital) Job Location : Worli, Mumbai Years of experience : Minimum 3 to 6 years of account management experience with a leading Creative Digital / Advertising agency.

(Please note that we are not considering candidates from other industries.)

Key Accountabilities:

Liaising with and acting as the link between the client and the agency, by maintaining a regular communication channel. Meeting / discussing with clients to understand their requirements and communicating the same to the team. Working with the team to conceptualize a digital/communication campaign that meets the client's brief. Presenting campaign ideas and budgets to the client. Interact with clients on a periodic basis for strategy purposes. Handle client queries and negotiate when required and demonstrate the ability to strategically reason with the client. Providing inputs while creating digital campaigns and strategies. Ensuring that communication flows effectively within the agency team working on the account. Presenting creative work to clients for approval/modification. Overseeing the reports generation and ensuring the same are sent out timely. Build long-term relationships with clients.

Professional Skills:

Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role Great communication, presentation skills, and client servicing skills. Strong knowledge of Digital Account Management. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Proactive and self-starter. Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
