Job Description Job Responsibilities
- Daily DPPM monitoring and primary analysis on top defect and make as part of kaizen activity.
- First off /In-process as per Quality plan and maintain the record and clearance as per documented procedure.
- On time testing of all NWM products and data updating in system
- Cp/Cpk studies for NWM product
- Raise the NCR against process standard/SOP/Quality, other etc. violation to ensure quality system maintain at shop floor
- Predictive / Preventive maintenance & Calibration of lab equipment
- Collaboration with teams & Support other areas as on required
- Following health and safety standards – EHS Minimum mandate
Maintaining a clean quality lab and instrument.
- SO9001/ISO 14001/ISO 18001 Audit preparation 8D/Control Plan/Rejection Analysis EMD and PSD.
- EHS, Legal & Compliance training to be complete on time.
Performing other tasks as assigned by superior of Quality.
Job Qualifications - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- 0 - 4 Years Experience in Quality
