Position Overview : We are seeking a talented individual fluent in French to join our team as a French-Speaking Non-Voice Support Specialist. This role will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support to our French-speaking clients through non-voice channels such as email, chat, and social media. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the French language (B2-C1-C2 proficiency) and excellent communication skills, along with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities : Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via non-voice channels including email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner. Handle customer concerns, complaints, and escalations with empathy and patience, ensuring satisfactory resolution. Educate customers about product features, benefits, and troubleshooting techniques to enhance their overall experience. Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve service delivery. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while adhering to company standards and guidelines.

Requirements : Fluent in French (B2-C1-C2 proficiency) with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a non-voice support role. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to empathize with customers and effectively address their needs. Proficiency in using computers and CRM software. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality. Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
