J ob title: Verification Lead

You will be part of LCM team for X-Ray Components Pune under CT/AMI IC R&D responsible for LCM of X-Ray Generators and Components. As Verification Lead, you will design, develop, evaluate, and conduct integration, testing and verification activities of X-Ray Generators for CT, Diagnostic X-Rays and other modalities, during the Life Cycle Phase of the products. You will be responsible to define, implement, and maintain reliable and reproducible testing methodologies and equipment, ensuring compliance with quality requirements.

Your role:

. Define and deploy the (sub)system verification strategy.

. Improve (sub)system verification coverage, effectiveness and efficiency.

. Planning of (sub)system level tests both functional and non-functional (e.g. reliability, performance, environmental, etc.) including design, preparation and implementation/execution of tests.

. Coordination, tracking and reporting of the (sub)system verification activities.

. Support Integration.

. Hands on experience in product compliance tests pertaining to IEC60601-1 and other medical device standards.

. Hands on experience in validating the necessary test equipment used on V&V.

. Testing and debug of critical sub-assemblies.

. Work with design teams to isolate design errata, perform failure analysis, and verify design fixes.

. Perform system-level verification prior to production release to identify problems.

. Enables and/or performs functional testing through the development of robust and reusable tests. . Develop automation scripts to automate data collection, decrease data collection times, ensure repeatable measurements, and generate reports.

. Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced team members to develop test automation.

. Communicates technical information to senior members of the management team.

. Provides guidance, mentoring, and direct supervision to subordinates.

. Oversees interaction of team members with other disciplines (design, and product and test engineering).

You're the right fit if:

. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering with a broad technical understanding and interest

. . You have 12+ years of work experience and at least 5 years of experience in test engineering and management.

. You understand the hardware/software development lifecycle.

. You are process oriented with basic knowledge of FDA and/or ISO/IEC regulations.

. You have capability to own and execute the component qualifications and system testing.

. You maintain system test protocols.

. You maintain the test and tractability records

. . You Support Compliance and Safety testing.

. You maintain & manage the product defects & work with team for resolution. . You have technical documentation authoring and editing skills.

. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

. You have ability to work across functional groups.

. You have familiarity with quality procedures and documentation.

. You are Proficient with MS Office MS excel or equivalent.

. You have perfect command of both written and spoken English.
