Digital Strategy/Marketing Manager
Zapcom is seeking a dynamic digital marketing manager who can spearhead our branding efforts using an omnichannel approach.
In this position, you will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. Your central goal is to help grow our brand's influence locally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :
- Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
- Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
- Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Key Skills and Competencies :
- Prepare a monthly content calendar which encompasses all areas key to Zapcom's marketing efforts and branding strategy.
- Constantly Monitor, maintain, and improve our company website with relevant updates, blogs and content ideas.
- Promote job openings with paid ad campaigns on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Take complete ownership of Zapcom's social handles.
- Work with the marketing team to regularly strategize, guide and brainstorm ideas from a branding perspective.
- Understand the market Zapcom operates in and execute campaigns accordingly.
Qualifications and Experience:
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in digital marketing.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
- Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
