Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. You will lead a team of digital marketers, oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing campaigns, and drive results through strong execution and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with company goals and target audience preferences.

Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across the top, middle, and bottom of the funnel to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and facilitate conversions.

Utilize data-driven insights and market research to identify opportunities, target audience segments, and campaign tactics that yield the highest ROI.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies to improve effectiveness and achieve KPIs.

Program Management:

Act as a program manager for all digital marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination and collaboration across teams and departments.

Establish clear project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, and oversee the execution of marketing programs from inception to completion.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to ensure alignment and successful implementation of marketing campaigns.

Implement best practices, processes, and tools to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and maximize productivity.

Team Management and Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment where team members are empowered to innovate, take ownership, and achieve their full potential.

Delegate tasks, assign responsibilities, and manage workload distribution to ensure the timely and successful execution of projects.

Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in strategic planning, program management, and team leadership.

Expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

Strong understanding of marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and performance tracking methodologies.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas, influence stakeholders, and build consensus across cross-functional teams.

Leadership qualities such as vision, strategic thinking, decision-making, and conflict resolution.

Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, project management tools, and analytics software.
