A large investment management firm is looking for a Technical BA to join their team for ESG Regulatory Reporting IT. The client has over 50+ offices which service over 22 countries and currently $1.4Tn total AUM. They provide managed equity strategies, active fixed income and liquidity, alternative investments, and custom solutions. They are also committed to sustainable investing and making strides for their customers to meet their ESG goals. This role will sit onsite in their Mumbai office three days a week or secondary location is Bangalore.
The BA will be responsible for mapping out the regulatory changes for their ESG Fixed Income platform in accordance to what their compliance team suggests. There are various ESG regulations that the client will need to follow, so once compliance interprets them and gives their interpretation, they need a BA to figure out which systems need to be addressed and where as they have multiple data sources. They will then map out and document these necessary changes and hand off their requirements to the technical teams to implement.
