Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Operations Manager. The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the company including managing logistics, coordinating with clients and vendors, handling customs clearances, managing inventories, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management
• Experience with customs clearance procedures and import/export regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or relevant field
• Experience in a supervisory role is a plus
