Reporting Automation Lead

Job description

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of automated reporting solutions for the digital marketing team, leveraging tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI. Design and build dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics (KPIs), campaign performance, and ROI across various digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, and email. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including digital marketing, analytics, and IT to gather requirements, define metrics, and establish data sources for reporting automation. Implement data integration solutions to streamline data collection from multiple sources including marketing platforms, CRM systems, and databases. Develop and maintain data pipelines and workflows to automate data processing, transformation, and loading (ETL) tasks. Conduct data quality assessments and implement data governance processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of reporting data. Provide training and support to digital marketing team members on using automated reporting tools and dashboards effectively. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, best practices, and trends in reporting automation and data visualization.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in management information systems, Computer Science, or related field. 4-6 years of experience in MIS, reporting automation, or data analytics, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency environment. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI, with hands-on experience building dashboards and reports. Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) and data manipulation libraries (e.g., pandas) is a plus. Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics, KPIs, and performance tracking methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
