We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to oversee our procurement activities in the Hospital & Health Care industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the purchasing process, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services. The Procurement Manager will collaborate with various departments to develop and implement procurement strategies that will optimize cost efficiency while maintaining high quality standards. Successful candidates will have a strong background in procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet organizational objectives
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities
- Create and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services
- Analyze market trends and negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address procurement needs
- Evaluate and select suppliers based on price, quality, and service
- Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager in the Hospital & Health Care industry
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in using procurement software and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
