Description"Projects are found in the most evolving area of the Investment Banking domain - Asset Management. Business is dynamic and it demands fast turn-around deliverables from the development team in a quite agile manner. This role will be key to our program delivery and include working closely with multiple teams including client Product Owners, Digital Design Organization Management, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA to advise and guide them on an agile delivery approach, manage execution and drive quality across all phases of the project."
Skills"\u2022 Overall, the candidate should have a minimum of 6 - 10 years of experience and Must have delivered at least 2 Enterprise projects as a Scrum Master.\n\u2022 This position requires a thorough knowledge of the Agile processes and Scrum framework in detail.\n\u2022 This position also requires an understanding of process improvement, team motivation, coaching skills, stakeholder and conflict management abilities, etc. Looking for a person who can own and drive project deliverables."
Responsibilities"\u2022\tProvide Agile coaching & leadership to all technical and nontechnical team members across the entire program delivery lifecycle\n\u2022\tDevelop the team as a whole to own its delivery responsibility & accountability for delivering business value\n\u2022\tCoach and motivate your Scrum team\n\u2022\tCoach the team on risk identification and mitigation techniques\n\u2022\tPromote a safe environment and create a speak-up culture\n\u2022\tSupport the teams in their journey to become self-organizing and high-performing\n\u2022\tImplement an Agile governance model\n\u2022\tContinuously improve delivery and promote a culture of continuously challenging the status quo\n\u2022\tExecute activities to enable the team to identify and resolve any issues with the delivery model as early as possible also ensuring the impediments to the teams are quickly removed\n\u2022\tIdentify, socialize, and adopt capabilities of tools to support an Agile approach, improve efficiency, and encourage the team in all areas of continuous delivery\n\u2022\tCoach and encourage the team in the benefits of developing and reporting against key metrics to improve the flow of value\n\u2022\tContinuously improve knowledge of numerous well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (for example: numerous visualization techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, etc.)\n\u2022\tSupport the team to develop and report against key Agile metrics including team health"
