Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Account Executive located in Surat. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, identifying new sales prospects, and cold calling potential customers. The Account Executive will also be responsible for negotiating contracts and pricing, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing the overall sales process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Demonstrated experience in sales and achieving sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in retail or supermarket industry is preferred
