Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality web applications
using MERN stack.
Serve as a technical expert in MERN stack development, and mentor and coach junior developers.
Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements
and design scalable solutions.
Develop, review, and maintain technical documentation such as functional specifications, design documents,
and test plans.
Ensure timely project delivery by managing the development team's workload, timelines, and resource
allocation.
Continuously monitor and improve application performance, security, and scalability.
Keep up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to guide technology strategy and best
practices.
Requirements:
Required 5+ years of professional experience in MERN stack development, with a proven track record of
delivering high-quality web applications.
Excellent knowledge of MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js.
Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD, containerization, and deployment automation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
