Position             : Project Manager   

About Company:  Existing - Manufacturing & Exporter of Human/ Pet food industry application (Hiring for New Green Field Projects:  Edible fibers business, Pharma Food grain for Human category)

Job Location    : Manjusar near Vadodara

 

Experience: 7-10+ years from Industry Experience and engineering sector; Experience of managing mid-sized team   

Industry Prefer: Any Pharma Food grain industry /Nutraceutical Healthcare/ Nutrition Food / Dietary Fibers/ Fiber Food Manufacturing experience

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech Mechanical from a recognized University.

 

Job Role: 

PM is responsible for the implementation of ongoing expansion of the business. He will ensure that the project is completed on time. Once the project is completed, then work towards guiding productivity, quality, and cost efficiency of plant operations. Also, demonstrate seamless coordination between various departments like production, QA, stores and successfully execute the organization’s business plan as per the vision and mission.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Good knowledge of plant and utility equipment, instruments, civil, electrical, piping, and structural work
• Collaborating with project consultant and other supplier
• Estimating budgets and time scopes for project
• Prepare Enquiry Datasheet / Material Requisition
• Planning: Site Planning, Site Report & Material procurement, Bill of Material, Progress report, Site schedule analyses, site support & site handling
• Plans, directs, and coordinates all manufacturing activities in a plant by adherence to safety and other legal regulations.
• Initiate various process modifications.
• Implementation of organization policy and business interest
• Trouble shooting, corrective and preventive actions.
• Providing safe working environment to plant team member
• Ability to understand DCS operated plant, continuous process and sequence DCS operations for smooth operation.
• Looking after production/operation/maintenance of company
