Job description
As a Content Review Coordinator and Global Management Monitoring Lead, you are responsible for facilitating the content review meetings to support the review and approval of all promotional materials and claims and conduct periodic audits for the assets in the content approval platform for the leading brands.
Scope and Responsibilities:
Content Approval Coordinator:
- Planning:
- Plan, organize and hold the content review meetings with all the required stakeholders, discuss and document the feedback on behalf of the commercial team.
- Prepare agenda, plan next steps, and reschedule or manage the invites based on the agenda items.
- Update and circulate claims for approval, creating claim objects in the CA platform on behalf of the commercial team, and manage the claims approval process.
- Strategy:
- Help lead upfront strategic conversations on claims, campaigns, pack designs, or product launches and then work with cross-functional colleagues to help ensure related claims and content are approved promptly.
- Conflict management:
- Listen the feedback from all stakeholders and manage the conflicting discussions/opinions and suggest appropriate solution with the rationale for the solution proposed.
- Resolve the annotations/comments based on the aligned feedback, track and follow up with the action on email
Management Monitoring:
- Run the CA Report(s) for the global assets
- Review each asset for required Key Risk criteria and prepare the MM report
- Correct the failed criteria and create Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions (CAPAs). Make the required corrections to the selected samples in case of findings
- Follow up with the Brand Managers for the required corrections
- Track the completion of assigned CAPAs on the CAPA Tracking Tool
- Conduct trainings to educate the local MM team around the globe about the process updates
