Job Type: Full-time – Work from Office Only
Timing: 9:30 – 6:00
Location: 204, 205 Infopark Technology Business Centre, Kaloor Kochi. (Head Office)

Job Role:
As a Sales Professional at GreenAds Global, you will be responsible for:

1.Selling the company's products and services, effectively conveying their usability and advantages to clients.
2.Identifying opportunities to enhance sales and benefit clients.
3.Explaining various products and services to clients in a clear and relatable manner.
4.Providing exceptional services to international clients.
5.Maintaining sales reports, records, and important documents for international clients.
6.Engaging with active foreign clients and exploring new business opportunities.
7.Participating in international sales meetings, seminars, and conferences to boost sales.
8.Developing creative sales initiatives to improve the organization's financial gains.
9.Leading and guiding the sales team.
10.Ensuring the attainment of sales aims, objectives, and targets for the sales section.
11.Modifying products and services to meet the requirements and preferences of international clients.
12.Ensuring sales and supervisory functions are executed correctly, within budget and time constraints.
13.Meeting sales quotas and financial targets.

Client Relationship Specialist

Job Description :

The Client Relationship Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining and expanding client relationships through effective follow-up strategies. This position requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who excels in communication, relationship-building, and sales tactics. The primary responsibilities include managing follow-up activities with existing clients, handling inbound sales inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Follow-up :
- Regularly follow up with existing clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and nurture the client relationship.
- Utilise various communication channels (phone calls, emails, and potentially social media) to stay engaged with clients and provide updates on new products or services.

Inbound Sales Handling :
- Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries through phone calls, emails, or live chat.
- Provide detailed product or service information to potential clients and address their questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.

Relationship Building :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and aligning company offerings with their needs.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring a positive experience throughout the entire sales process.

Sales Support :
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather feedback from clients and identify areas for improvement in products or services.
- Assist in creating and maintaining sales materials, presentations, and documentation for effective client communication.

Data Management :
- Keep accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-up tasks using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Provide regular reports on follow-up activities and sales performance to the sales management team.

Customer Satisfaction :
- Monitor and evaluate customer satisfaction levels through surveys, feedback, and direct communication.

Adaptability:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 1-year sales experience; B2B Enterprise Sales exposure is advantageous. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Graduation is a must; an MBA is a plus.
- Team-oriented individual with robust interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in English, Malayalam, and Hindi.
- Effective presentation and selling skills are essential.
- Strong people skills are a prerequisite.
- Solution selling, particularly in cross-selling products within large enterprises, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiating, and closing skills with prospects and customers.
- Demonstrated experience in sales or related customer service roles.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Collaborative team player with a results-oriented mindset.
