About the role Are you passionate about research and eager to learn about the ecosystem of good (climate, social justice & governance)? Join SuperHuman Race as a Research Associate Intern and work on research initiatives that delve into new-age concepts that can transform the world we live in. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is motivated, curious and analytical. As the Research Associate Intern, you will work closely with the research team and have a direct impact on our success. Key Responsibilities: The selected intern will work on research projects for our Fortune 500 clients including Deloitte, IBM, Capgemini, Jindal Stainless, Godrej, and others. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

  1. Developing program KPIs based on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
  2. Monitoring the performance of NGO partners and providing guidance, hand-holding, and training to clients and partners
  3. Preparing demos for clients and partners based on a thematic area (such as environmental, like tree plantation; or social, like education) or an industry (such as banking, chemicals, real estate, or ITeS)
  4. Interacting with client teams to understand on-ground implementation requirements and coordinating with the SuperHuman Race (SHR) technology innovation team to automate those requirements
  5. Working on special projects to be implemented in partnership with the United Nations, NITI Aayog, and their stakeholder groups
  6. Creating engagement around sustainability by researching and representing data on social media platforms and on the SHR platform
  7. Conducting deep analysis of impact data using Microsoft Excel, standard reporting frameworks, and the SHR platform
  8. Visualizing insights from analysis on SHR dashboards and using other tools like Canva
  9. Performing original R&D and publishing papers, reports, and patents
