Role Description

Digii is seeking a talented and experienced Business Leaders to join our team across multiple cities in India. This is a full-time on-site role. Primary responsibilities include strategizing and leading business objectives, identifying business growth opportunities, establishing partnerships, and driving organizational development initiatives. The successful candidate will have exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in a leadership role with strong business acumen.
• Proven experience in business strategy, growth, and development.
• Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and effective networks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team successfully and work across functions to achieve business objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion and commitment to creating value for educational institutions and their stakeholders.
• Candidates with prior experience in higher education space will be preferred
• Willingness to travel to client locations on short notice
