Role Description

As a Front Desk Administrator at our esteemed educational institution, you will serve as the welcoming face of our school. This role entails providing exceptional customer service to students, parents, faculty, and visitors while managing administrative tasks efficiently. We are seeking a fresh and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for contributing to the educational environment.

Responsibilities:

* Greet visitors, students, parents, and staff in a friendly and professional manner. * Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously. * Assist with student registrations, enrollments, and inquiries about school programs. * Maintain and update student records accurately and confidentially. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth flow of information and communication. * Manage the distribution and collection of forms, documents, and correspondence. * Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings for school personnel. * Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area. * Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. * Provide general administrative support to the administrative team as needed.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Friendly, outgoing personality with a customer service-oriented attitude. * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly. * Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities. * Punctuality and reliability in attendance. * Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred but not required.
