Job description

Company Description The Tattwaa Corbett Spa & Retreat is a luxurious resort located in Jim Corbett National Park offering a unique experience inspired by the five elements of the universe. The resort provides elegantly designed rooms and suites, drool-worthy delicacies, a massive swimming pool and themed grounds, fun and exciting activities in and around Corbett, and warm hospitality.

Role Description:

Itinerary Planning:

Use your knowledge of various destinations, travel routes, and accommodations to create personalized travel itineraries for clients. Consider factors such as budget, travel dates, preferred activities, and special requirements.

Booking Arrangements:

Once the itinerary is finalized, handle all bookings for flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities. Ensure that bookings align with the client's preferences and budget constraints.

Provide Recommendations:

Offer expert advice and recommendations to clients regarding destinations, attractions, hotels, restaurants, and travel products (e.g., travel insurance, visa requirements).

Customer Service:

Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire travel process. Address any questions, concerns, or issues that clients may have before, during, or after their trip. Act as a point of contact for clients while they are traveling.

Stay Informed:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information. Continuously expand your knowledge of travel products and services to better serve your clients.

Sales and Marketing:

Promote travel packages, deals, and special offers to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Use various marketing channels such as social media, email campaigns, and networking events to generate leads and increase sales.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Travel Agent or in a similar role. Excellent knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, attractions, and travel products. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional customer service skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in booking arrangements. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in travel booking systems and software. Relevant certification or training in travel and tourism is preferred.
