Lead Research Analyst Experience: 5-8 Years Location: Mumbai, Bangalore Shift : US shift (Night shift)
Job Description– The person will take ownership of the assigned project(s) under limited guidance of the supervisor. Check feasibility of project execution (timelines included) and flag any concerns. Tasks may include: Design Surveys. Conduct Analysis as per requirements. Generate Insights & recommendations. Brainstorm with teams on approach / solutions. Consistently exceed client expectations from project inception through completion Closely liaise with clients for projects briefing and post survey information Ensure maximum client satisfaction by maintaining high level of quality for client deliverables, periodic communication on the progress of the project. Resolving escalations and proactively taking corrective measures and ensuring successful closure of issues. Proactive Communication - keep clients and supervisor in the loop and involve them whenever there is a change in the project specs. Contribute to team meetings by being prepared and sharing ideas. Key Responsibilities – Technical: High quality quant survey design & report outcome Appropriate research method selection & approach Log Analysis. Correlational Research. Experimental Research. Data Collection using Sampling Methods / surveys & polls. Good in MS Excel, Google Sheets, etc. Identifying patterns, suggesting sources of collecting data, comprehending, participating in team discussions Should be able to analyse survey data and translate it into clear and crisp insights. High quality quant survey design & report outcome Create reports in PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc. Reporting through storytelling Requirements for research reports vary by type of study. Research insights generated should be trustworthy, backed by data and represent the true numbers. Domain context is crucial to ensure that reports are relevant and actionable for our internal stakeholders.Job tags
