Job description
This role involves 50% recruitment and 50% HR operations.
Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets in an effective manner.
Recruitment for Inhouse and outsourcing.
Coordinating with Senior HRs.
Plan and execute campus recruiting activities.
Meeting the recruitment requirements by studying organization plans and objectives.
Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services colleges employment agencies recruiters media and internet sites; providing organization information opportunities and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
Conduct the interviews and arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
Keep track of weekly and monthly reports and trackers. Ensure that the team updates the database and the systems to ensure they are uptodate always.
Maintain all personnel and benefits files information and documentation.
We are looking for a team player with a solid work ethic.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidates.
Flexibility and the ability to change direction quickly and be comfortable in a fastpaced and potentially ambiguous environment.
A solid sense of accountability and acute personal judgment the ability to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate.
