Job description
Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities:
Execute against team charter for Reporting & Analytics for AMESA.
o Execute market, portfolio, and brand level reporting of marketing KPI performance (utilizing dashboards, templated decks, and reporting tools)
o Provide business performance explanations, incorporating considerations beyond data into the reporting
o Explain business performance, drivers, and optimization opportunities
o Monitor key channel, customer, competitor and emerging player performance and execute reporting at required intervals
o Provide deep dive analysis and responses to ad-hoc follow-ups when double-click required with tables/charts/stories using relevant data
o Support team efforts/agency interactions for some of the recurring work like AOP/JBP etc.
o Lead/Support Analytics presentations and reporting with Categoty team
o Provide support on yearly Advacned Analytics Projects like Category Growth Forcasting,Innovation forecasting
Support SA Business Analytics Manager/Sr. Manager deliver against needs articularted by Business Partners within South Africa business unit to address the business questions and process requirements
o Deliver against needs of stakeholders, requestors and end service users
o Support processes for output adherence and delivery to agreed scope in line with the agreed timelines, aligned templates and content management
o Responsible for managing multiple priorities; being able to manage deadlines and deliverables
o Monitor and act upon regular feedback inputs from deliverables end-users and Business Partners
o Flag and monitor any business risks related to delivering the operational output (facilities, IT resources, recruitment efforts)
o Primary executor responsible for flawless support process and structure, including knowledge management and transfer
Process management
o Due Dieligence and Data qulity assurance For retail Audit and Kantar Husehold Panel
o Support communication processes with Reporting vertical leaders and Business Partners (project planning, workflow monitoring, quality checks, on-going changes)
o Help Reporting vertical leadership develop and finetune internal COE processes (work-flow mapping, pain-points and bottlenecks management) both related to service delivery and internal center operations
o Improve existing processes based on frequent end-user and Business Partner feedback loop
o Support simplification, standardization and digitalization efforts (in cooperation with global and sector stakeholders)
Qualifications
A junior/mid-level Insight or Analytics professional with experience in a leading consumer goods company or research agencies i.e. NIQ, IPSOS,IRI. 3 years+ experience
