Job description

- The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements
- As a Requirement-gathering Gathering Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by understanding and translating the needs of stakeholders into clear and actionable requirements

Requirement Elicitation:
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather and understand business requirements from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and document detailed business processes and user stories.
- Analysis and Documentation:
- Analyse gathered requirements to ensure clarity, consistency, and feasibility.
- Â Create and maintain comprehensive requirement documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Foster effective communication between business and technical teams to bridge the gap and ensure a common understanding of project objectives.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Validation and Verification:
- Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure that requirements are accurately implemented and meet business objectives.
- Participate in testing activities to validate that the developed solutions align with specified requirements.
- Basic Testing:
- Develop and execute basic test cases to verify that products align with specified requirements.
- Collaborate with testing teams to identify and address any deviations from the defined requirements.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of the requirement gathering and analysis methodologies.
Qualifications:
- MBA in, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on requirement gathering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using requirement management tools and documentation techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
