Collaborate with the Marketing team to conceptualize and design visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, website, and promotional materials.
Translate complex ideas and data into visually appealing infographics, illustrations, and charts.
Design engaging presentations, email templates, and newsletters that effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
Work closely with the Content team to ensure graphics complement and enhance written content, creating a cohesive and impactful user experience.
Maintain and organize a digital library of design assets for easy access and consistent branding.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines.
Contribute creative ideas and concepts during brainstorming sessions and marketing strategy discussions.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Graphics Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects, preferably IT product based.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Sketch, or other graphic design tools.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
Knowledge of web design and UI/UX principles is a plus.
