Job description
Team (Cluster Manager & Cluster Associate) to perform rapid study to develop profile of respective clusters with supporting data & details for each cluster covering origin of the cluster, number of units, market demographics, competition, turnover/value addition, export potential, employment generation, investment requirements along with backward and forward linkages, services & institutional support, facilitation by industry bodies, core issues, policy support, needs etc.
Team to prepare an action plan focusing on capacity development of cluster giving overall direction to the component becoming self-sustaining & growth oriented in the long run.
Define long term & short term goals & objectives attuned to overall project objectives in log frame & provide operational & financial benchmarks.
Cluster team to undertake various interventions in the cluster as per action plan with the support of service providers/SMEs in next 2 years to strength cluster.
Cluster filed team to prepare documents viz weekly progress reports, month progress reports and presentations as per standards.
Reporting to central team for effective implementation of the suggested interventions on daily basis.
Attend reveiw meetings with the client & central team.
