Qualification: B.E. (Mechanical )

Experience Required: We are looking for a candidate with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 10 years' experience working on the shop floor in machinery maintenance of ERW Tube Mill, EOT Cranes, Gear Boxes, Pneumatic and Hydraulic Systems, Pumps, Compressors, Generators and Galvanizing plant.

Jon Description:

1. Scheduling and planning predictive, preventive and breakdown maintenance jobs with key focus on spares availability and root cause analysis of utility system.
2. Preparing maintenance plans/schedules for reducing machinery downtime to minimum and improving availability of the plant equipment.
3. Carrying out plant maintenance, plant & equipment, modification, automation, and renovation for increase the equipment efficiency as well as utility maintenance.
4. Executing cost saving, energy saving and efficiency & wastages control techniques to achieve substantial reduction in operational work within the budget.
5. Candidate Experience:
6. The candidate must have at least 5 years' experience in a senior position of Production Manager and knowledge in the following.

• Oto Mill
• Open Section Mill
• Galvanizing Plant
• Slitting Line

Must be able to run the plant including ordering of spares, maintenance, planning production with minimum help from Directors.

Must be computer literate and able to lead about 10 workshop and maintenance assistants
