We are a 25 years young firm with ambitious targets and a pragmatic approach.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India for a Quality Manager for Capacitors. The Quality Manager for Capacitors is responsible for implementing quality systems that ensure our products meet industry standards and customer specifications. The Quality Manager for Capacitors will also be responsible for conducting quality audits, leading product quality improvement initiatives, and managing customer complaints.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Control, or a related fieldExperience in capacitor manufacturing and quality assurance for electrical productsGood understanding of various quality control and improvement techniquesExperience with ISO, BIS, and IEC compliance, and adherence to environmental and safety regulationsExcellent knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), and statistical quality control (SQC)Experience with conducting quality audits and managing customer complaintsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organisational skillsFluency in English and Hindi, written and oral4-8 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance for capacitors or electrical productsMotif Electric Limited is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
