We are looking for Consultants to contribute to the creation and management of digital media solutions using our methodologies. Key Skills Digital Marketing Strategy, Project Management, Digital Operations Management, Performance Measurement, Digital Marketing Stack Implementation & Operation, Customer Engagement, Content Strategy & Development, Campaign Design & Execution. Job Description Techmantu Consultants are customer facing, leadership & technical account management roles in Techmantu Marketing Practice. The Marketing Practice comprises of generalists with a good understanding of technology, media, and business. Our consultants closely work with client teams to build and run solutions to help them succeed in their digital marketing objectives. To be effective, Consultants should take on the following responsibilities: ● Undertaking a current situation analysis of a client’s digital program, creative strategies, marketing strategies, market demand & trends, and competitive factors. ● Working with client and internal teams to develop a digital marketing strategy, and a solution roadmap. ● Developing media, creative, communication and execution plans. ● Developing and implementing performance measurement & analytical frameworks. ● Regularly analysing performance data to make program recommendations. ● Developing project plans, responsibility matrices, and overseeing project & production operations. ● Overseeing internal team work, and working with client teams. ● Developing internal and external training programs, where needed. ● Managing customer engagement & governance processes. Please send in an application if the following applies to you: ● Have a postgraduate degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Economics, or equivalent background. ● Have outstanding academic achievement with at least a first class. ● Have had 2 to 5 years of experience in the areas of digital media, strategy, marketing & technology, with a desire for a client facing environment. ● Have quality verbal and written communication skills. ● Have strong problem-solving skills, a demonstrated aptitude for dealing with complexity, continuous learning, and an eye for detail. Techmantu Senior Consultants are expected to work out of Techmantu’s offices in Koramangala, Bangalore. Techmantu offers industry standard pay-packages. Techmantu Senior Consultants are required to attend the 5-week long Techmantu Bootcamp aimed at providing a refresher on the foundational skills & knowledge, and Techmantu’s approach to be effective in their jobs.
