Job description

Job Criteria:

Key Responsibilities :

1. Team Leadership and Development:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of pre-sales specialists to achieve individual and team targets.

Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance the team's technical and soft skills.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.

2. Pre-Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop and execute comprehensive pre-sales strategies aligned with the company's sales objectives and market trends.

Ensure catering fastest response time to any customer enquiry and leads calls.

Collaborate with sales leadership to define target markets, customer segments, and key accounts for focused outreach.

Analyze market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and refine the pre-sales approach.

3. Solution Design and Development:

Work closely with the product management and engineering teams to understand product capabilities, roadmap, and customization options.

Translate customer requirements into tailored solutions, product configurations, and value-added services.

Leverage technical expertise to address customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and position our offerings as the best-fit solution.

4. Sales Support and Enablement:

Partner with the sales team throughout the sales cycle to provide technical expertise, product demonstrations, and solution presentations.

Assist in preparing proposals, responses, and contract negotiations to secure new business opportunities.

Conduct product training sessions for sales teams, channel partners, and customers to ensure effective positioning and sales readiness.

5. Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:

Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target accounts.

Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, offering insights, recommendations, and best practices to address their business challenges.

Gather customer feedback, testimonials, and case studies to showcase successful implementations and drive customer advocacy.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.

Proven experience( 3-5 years) in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales roles.

Strong understanding of [industry/domain] trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
