Job Description:
We are looking for an Automation Tester, the position will be called TA. Must have substantial testing work experience in Selenium / UFT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create automated Scripts/suites and report test results to ensure that system functionality satisfies acceptance criteria.
- Designing and implementing framework for specific use case for software programs
- Review Test case and implement as per requirement – Automation Smoke/Sanity workflow
- Do all testing procedures, suggesting performance changes and preparing performance reports for the development managers.
- Participate in daily scrum meetings.
- Effective in arriving at estimates and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explore new tools & improve efficiency as part of Automation
- API Testing/Automation
- Ownership of task from Initiation to completion
- Coordinate with multiple Testing teams for Capturing Functional/Regression Automation needs
- Involve in the modification of existing automation framework in Selenium/UFT.
- Initiate Regression Testing, ensure complete coverage through Automation and execution in Multiple environments.
What are we looking for
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Must have skills
- 3 + years of experience in Selenium (Mandatory)/ UFT
- Minimum 4 years of Experience in Test Frameworks using CI/CD, Jenkins, DevOps, AWS-Code Pipeline, Version control with GitHub/Stash. (Mandatory)
- Custom Library development in Selenium /UFT
- Automation testing of API's
- Ability to code around unrecognized objects and controls in Selenium/UFT
- Ability to develop custom error handling and reporting methods
- Ability to query back end and validate using a high-level language such as MS SQL and PL/SQL
- Finding solutions for object Identification issues and error handling issues.
- Experience in SOAP/REST API's.
- Development skills /Experience in Java/JS.
