Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team in Bangalore. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical proficiency to develop visual content that resonates with our target audience and strengthens our brand identity. You will work closely with the marketing and product teams to create compelling designs for a wide range of digital and print media. Key Responsibilities: - Design and produce engaging graphics that communicate our brand's values and messages across various platforms, including social media, digital advertisements, app interfaces, and corporate materials. - Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and implement creative solutions for marketing campaigns, promotional events, and brand initiatives. - Ensure brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects. - Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to keep our brand fresh and engaging. - Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines. - Provide creative input and direction for Suggaa's overall brand strategy. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. - Proven graphic designing experience, with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates expertise in graphic design and visual communication. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software. - Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. - Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. - Up-to-date with the latest graphic design trends, techniques, and technologies. - Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. - Experience in designing for mobile platforms and understanding of UI/UX principles will be a plus.
