Job description

1. Financial Manage, train and motivate existing sales team to drive revenue growth for the area Develop efficient and creative sales and marketing strategies for the assigned territory and target setting for the sales team Monitor sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to zonal heads Maintain and increase sales of your company's products Perform territory and sales analyses, assess the results and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Maintain and build a vast dealer network in respective area and maintain a good relationship with them Take initiatives to drive growth for DCBL and ensure sustained growth in line with long-term and short-term objectives of the organization

2. Customer Collect customer and market feedback and reporting the same to the organization Establish, maintain and expand areas customer base. Analyze customer needs for the area and service the needs of existing customers to retain them Visit potential and current clients in order to provide product information, answer client questions and concerns and build brand awareness through both individual meetings and larger sales presentations. Build and maintain key relationships with potential and current clients. Network to form new relationships with potential clients and follows up with potential and current clients through phone, email and sometimes regular visits

3. Operations Develop and manage efficient distribution networks for sales within the area. Secure sales for their company securing both individual sales and contracts, depending on the company and product, and deals can be made over the phone through email or in person through sales visits. Develop creative promotional strategies as per the estimated needs of the customers to attract more customers and to retain the existing ones Ensure initiation and sensitization of the employees towards digitization and automation of the processes Focus on utilization of advanced business analytics tools to derive key insights critical for the success of the organization

4. Self/ Team Development Review and monitor performance of team members and provide requisite developmental support/ inputs Recommend training as required for teams development Develop the team and update their knowledge base to cater the organization need Strategize avenues for enhancing employee satisfaction in the function, resulting in high engagement levels of employees
