Job description
o Procurement
a. Expand & evaluate sourcing network for procurement basis costs, TAT, reputation etc.
b. Responsible for following-up with dealer for timely vehicle registration and delivery
c. Helps meet sourcing requirements directly through OEMs & New Car vendors
d. Negotiates with vendors to get best in class pricing
e. Updates dealer discounts and pricing on a regular basis
f. Ensures adherence to internal standards and SLA/MOU signed with vendor partners
g. Report monthly to Fleet Mgmt. Head with vehicle related records
h. Ensures the payables & receivables are processed and follows up with accounts team
o Vendor Management
a. Preferred Dealer relationships and contracts exist across brands and locations adequate
to volume requirements,
b. Responsible end-to-end for profitable procurement.
c. Coordinates for all the required documents at various stages including proforma, tax
invoice, post delivery documents for capitalisation, GST matching, etc.
