Position: Dealer Claims and Forensic Audit - Finance Experience: 7 – 10 Years Location: Gurgaon Education: M. Com / MBA / CA / ICWAI
Job Description: Responsible for dealer payment (VME/FMI/AS), Forensic Audit, Finance SPOC to handle dealer queries and Consumer scheme approval in DMS, AS Warehouse cost controller. Major Activities: Dealer Claims Payment Online Invoice Verification & Posting. Manual Invoice Booking. Ensure smooth functioning of DMS & SAP Interface for Invoice booking. Payment processing: - 3 cycle in a month 5th ,15th and 25th. Forensic Audit · Audit of Claims · Audit of Policy Adherence System Development and Controls · Develop & implementation of SOP and policies for dealer claims pay out (Continuous improvement process) · Taking necessary action against all unsettle provision after getting NDC. · Age Analysis of Provision for Claims. Business Support, Scheme approval and Continuous improvement · Support to Sales team to timely closer of Active/Inactive dealer reconciliation. · Support to Tax Team to resolve GSTR invoice mismatch issue. · Maintain relationship with dealer’s partner and respond all queries in an accurate and timely manner.Job tags
