Job description
Maintain and Manage Operations of State Datacenter along with all project deliverables like SLA, Resource Management etc..
Key Spoc for:
· Project Mangement
· Major and Critical Incident with respect to SDC services.
· Problem Management
· Change Management
· Capacity Management
· ISO Management
· Internal/External Audit Management
· Resource/Manpower Management
· Knowledge management (KEDB)
· High Level and Low Level Design Document for SDC solution including all domains
· Documentation and Reporting for Servers
Candidate having BE / MCA and PMP or Prince2, ITILV3 Foundation (optional) having Rich Hands on experience of Project Management with knowledge on Datacenter operations.
Ø Responsible for overall management of the Data Centre, user SLA commitments, performance, availability, response time, problem resolution.
Ø Responsible for effective Resource management, System & Resource planning, based on business forecast
Ø Liaison with various stakeholders/agencies & GoG Departments for Project related issues etc.
Ø Responsible for all Managment reports like MIS, QGR, Weekly & Daily Reports.
Ø Identify repeated issues, and perform root cause analysis (RCA) & complete documentation of problems and solutions.
Ø Escalate any non-compliance of the processes and anything unusual immediately as per client escalation matrix and take remedial actions.
Ø Initative on knowledge sharing and execution for all domains.
Ø Understand the client requirement and provide appropriate solution as per the scope
Ø Contribute to Team orientation
Ø Familarity with Solution Designing with HLD/LLD with respect to Datacenter
Expert of ITIL framework and familiarity with ITSM Tools (like Remedy/CA/HPSM etc )
