Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented US Debt Collector to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. As a US Debt Collector, you will be responsible for contacting individuals and businesses with overdue accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts. This is a full-time position with an immediate start.

Qualifications and Skills

• Junior level position with 1 to 3 years of experience in debt collection or related field
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proven ability to handle outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
• Knowledge of payment arrangements and debt collection techniques
• Familiarity with overdue accounts and applicable laws and regulations
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in hardcore collections will be an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities

• Contact individuals and businesses with overdue accounts to initiate debt collection process
• Negotiate payment arrangements and develop strategies for debt recovery
• Resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to overdue accounts
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities
• Follow federal and state laws and regulations governing debt collection practices
• Coordinate with internal teams to provide comprehensive debt collection solutions
• Meet monthly and quarterly targets for debt collection and recovery
• Prepare reports on debt collection activities and provide regular updates to management
