Jr. Executive - SAP Master Data Management

Whom We Need

We are looking for a smart and vibrant Jr. Executive - SAP Master Data Management to join the Hotpack family.

What you will Deliver

• In this role, you will lead the day-to-day execution and management of Master Data of Customers, Vendors, Materials, BOM, Routing, Master Recipe, Equipment, Pricing Conditions, etc for our Business Units located across the Globe.
• You will need to handle mass upload of data through LSMW/BDC and basic level of User testing of incidents in quality landscape.
• You will also need to manage the internal SAP tickets, provide User Trainings and coordinate with subject matter experts on Master Data creation/change.

What You Need to Bring

• 4+ years of experience of Master Data Management in SAP S4HANA, preferably in manufacturing entities.
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in computer science or related.
• SAP certifications preferred, but not a must.
• FICO knowledge is mandatory
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to complete work in situations with tight turnarounds and deadline.
• Efficiency in Inter-departmental coordination
• Ability to establish yourself as a trusted and indispensable team member for long term relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a multi-cultural team environment.
• Excellent Verbal & written communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge in MS office tools.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting in-depth research on packaging industry-related topics in order to develop original content.
• Developing content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, social media, and the company website.
• Assisting the marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns.
• Proofreading content for errors and inconsistencies.
• Editing and polishing existing content to improve readability.
• Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
• Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company's current content.

Qualification:

• 1 – 5 years’ experience.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or related field.

Job description:

* Custom Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom ABAP programs, reports, and applications to enhance SAP functionality and meet specific business requirements

* Data Manipulation: Write ABAP code to extract, transform, and load data within the SAP environment, including data conversions, data interfaces, and data migration

* Integration: Integrate SAP applications with other external systems and applications, using technologies such as RFC, BAPIs, IDoc, and Web services

* SAP Enhancements: Implement user exits, business add-ins (BAdIs), and enhancement spots to modify standard SAP applications and add custom functionality

* Performance Optimization: Identify and optimize ABAP code for improved performance and efficiency within SAP applications

* User Interface Enhancements: Create custom screens and user interfaces using SAP Screen Painter and other tools

* Testing and Debugging: Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of ABAP programs to ensure correct functionality and resolve issues

* Documentation: Prepare technical documentation and user guides to support custom developments and ensure knowledge transfer

* Security: Ensure the security and compliance of ABAP developments with SAP authorization concepts

* Collaboration: Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals

* Skills and Qualifications: ABAP Proficiency: Expertise in SAP ABAP programming language, including knowledge of data dictionary objects, ABAP Workbench, and ABAP data types

* SAP Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP modules and business processes to understand business requirements

* Database Expertise: Understanding of database concepts and SQL for working with SAP databases

* Debugging and Troubleshooting: Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting ABAP code
