Job description

What you'll do:

Implement & Revamp the Counseling Operation
Make a strategy with RBH & RML to drive the admissions.
Overseeing DOD Counselling Operations across all the Centres and setting up process
Overseeing and driving the tasks assigned to the Central team to successful completion across all the Centres.
Trained the City Counseling Team
Drive the counseling hiring for their region.
Do regular meetings with Counselling all Centre's Counselling Leads.
Conveying Counselling Central team communications to them.
Timely resolving any Counselling issues escalated by the Centres.
Being in close communication with Counselling other Regional Leads and the Centre associated CHs, BHs, RML on Counselling matters.
Coordinate with the counseling relevant stakeholder i.e, Finance/ERP/JODO
Drive the calling of their regions Business Strategy, Decision Making, Rapport building, Team Handling, etc
