Job description
. Adherence to manufacturing process compliance with legal & safety requirements, customer requirements, Bosch standards and process specifications and also ensure team follows the same
. Responsible for Shift governance for Corrective Maintenance
. Work continuously with CFT to address Line open issues
. Working with supplier to resolve major issues in machines / Process
. Planning of Tooling and Spare parts for equipment's.
. SFMC adherence and problem solving with agreed due dates.
. Daily work allocation and prioritization for team.
. Weekly manpower planning for shift operation
. Review of Team member Skills , identify training needs, plan and execute the training
. Assure compliance in internal and external Audits.
. Proactive approach towards identifying potential quality risks / breakdown by preventive and predictive actions
. Knowledge transfer and Lessons Learned sharing across the team members.
. RPP measure implementation for productivity and process improvements (e.g.
Tool life extension, Tool/Spare parts localization, Repair ,Rework )
. Implementation of Digital systems in Maintenance like i4.0 solutions, AI/ML Predictive Maintenance, etc.
. Customer Complaint Problem Solving.(8D)
. Optimization of Manpower / Electrical power consumption, Pneumatic / Nitrogen / Chilled water / Vacuum etc.
. Collaboration and knowledge sharing with other manufacturing location
. Continuous improvements in QCD through System CIP, RPP,SJL projects
. Support teams (including support with issues on TA, yield, quality, delivery, cycle
time, failure analysis.)
. Drive 5S, SCIP, Safety, Quality and productivity improvement topics.
Diploma in Mechatronics /Electronics
B.E in Mechatronics /Electronics
Diploma with 9 to 12 Years of experience as Supervisor position in Electronics manufacturing industry.
Engineering with 3 to 5 Years of experience as Supervisor position in Electronics manufacturing industry.
