Job description
Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Ensuring cleanliness in dining areas kitchens and other F&B service spaces.
- Washing and sanitizing dishes utensils and kitchen equipment.
- Cleaning and arranging tables after customers finish their meals.
Supporting Service Staff:
- Assisting servers and waitstaff in setting up tables for service.
- Refilling water glasses and assisting with basic customer requests.
- Clearing tables promptly after customers leave.
Waste Management:
- Proper disposal of waste and recycling in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Managing and emptying trash bins regularly.
Stock Management:
- Replenishing supplies such as napkins condiments and other essential items.
- Reporting low stock levels to supervisors.
Collaboration with Kitchen Staff:
- Assisting kitchen staff in basic food preparation tasks.
- Transporting dishes between the kitchen and dining area.
Adhering to Health and Safety Standards:
- Following hygiene and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Adhering to food safety regulations and guidelines.
Customer Service:
- Providing basic assistance to customers such as guiding them to their tables or addressing simple queries.
- Ensuring a positive and clean dining experience for patrons.
Communication:
- Communicating effectively with other F&B team members and kitchen staff.
- Reporting any issues or concerns to supervisors.
