Role Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and deeply enthusiastic Net Zero Financial System Analyst to join our organization. Your responsibilities would include researching and applying Net Zero Strategies such as Carbon accounting, Science Based Target setting and other practises for Financial Institutions. The Institutions can be Banks, Insurers, Asset Owners & Asset Managers.

Key Tasks and Accountability: · Research and apply Carbon Accounting, Science Based Target Setting & other Net Zero strategies for Financial Institutions, including Banks, Insurers, Asset Managers & Asset Owners. · Conduct competitor analysis, monitor standard body developments & regulatory changes in the Net Zero & Sustainability Space. · Communicate Financial Market & Insurance principals to management and other cross functional teams (design, engineering, marketing) and integrate these principals in design of Sustainability Economics Solutions.

Educational & Experience: · Bachelors or Masters in Finance, Economics. · 1-5 years of Experience in Finance Sector, in Capital Markets, Banking or Insurance Industry. · Relevant Professional certification is a plus (CFA, FRM, SCR, etc.).

Skills: · Understanding of Capital Markets, Banking or Insurance Industry. · Strategic vision, Strong technical and analytical capabilities. · Strong reporting and writing abilities. · Good communication, able to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise way.

Personal Attributes: · A team player with good interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities. · A self-motivator and a collaborative team player. · Excellent time management skills and the ability to assume leadership roles when necessary. · Agile, action oriented and a quick learner. · Out of box thinker.
