Job Description: Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and energetic Account Manager who is handling B2B sales/ Corporate sales preferably in IT industry. The goal is to keep the organization running in an efficient and profitable manner. Responsibilities and Duties: • Meet and exceed defined sales revenue and margin targets for the relevant Product group. • Brand Management. • Plan, develop and implement marketing programs to achieve product group objectives. • Manage and grow Vendor/s Relationship/s. • Creation of business plans for the vendor product group and associated services. • Create territory plans for the Account Management teams to focus on achieving the maximum levels of revenue and margin, achieving industry leading partner satisfaction and meeting or exceeding quarterly targets. • Facilitate the development of innovative plans with partners and vendors in order to increase spend and share of spend through each partner. The delivery of marketing activities will be through marketing and sales activities through the Business Development Manager. • Development and implementation of sales enablement programs for Avnet and partners. • Ensure that the technical sales support teams are appropriately trained to support the relevant product groups. • Establish Priority and Direction for all Brands within the Product Group. (Product Positioning, Pricing, Promotion, Line Extension, Quality etc.) to optimize sales and operating profits. • Develop Market Communication along with the Marketing team specific to the Brand within the Product Group. • Development and implementation of marketing programs to support product group objectives. • Creation of joint initiatives with our vendor and business partners. • Responsible for effective planning, including inventory turns, inventory fulfillment and inventory obsolescence minimization.
