Overview:
The role of a Telecaller is essential to our organization as they are the first point of contact for our customers. They are responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers providing information about products or services and persuading them to make a purchase or donation. Telecallers play a crucial role in driving sales and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
