Job description
We are Hiring HR Executive Level 1 to join our dynamic people team.
Educational Qualification:
BE/BBA plus MBA - Human Resource I Mechanical/Automobile Engineering Background will be an added advantage.
Professional Experience:
1 to 2 years of relevant experience with a proven track record.
Desired Industrial Background:
Design and Engineering Service Industry / OEMs Engineering/Process/Chemical/Pharma/Automotive sector.
Required Skillset:
- Knowledge of MS Office, HRIS, ATS, and HR analytics.
- Ability to effectively use ATS software for resume parsing, candidate tracking, and managing the recruitment process.
- Familiarity with various Job Portals and Social Media platforms for sourcing and engaging with potential candidates like Naukri, and LinkedIn.
- Proficiency in using email automation tools to manage candidate communication and engagement at scale.
- Familiarity with video interviewing platforms for conducting remote interviews and efficiently assessing candidate skills.
- Understanding of basic graphic design tools for creating visually appealing job advertisements or social media posts, like Canva.
- Basic understanding of web analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of job postings and recruitment campaigns.
- Thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices and experience working with HRM Software.
- Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS).
Role and Responsibilities:
- Gather hiring requirements from hiring managers and prepare talent acquisition plans.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Conduct online/telephone/Walk-in interviews for all grades, participate in campus visits/Job fairs as required, and participate in strategic hiring to facilitate timely recruitment of quality talent for the business unit.
- Ensure that the candidate pipeline is continuously available for critical positions.
- Capability Assessment of Mid & Senior Leadership.
- Ensure HR function is prepared to meet business requirements and business is appropriately staffed.
- Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Leadership Development
- Implement performance review procedures. (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
- Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.
- Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
- Manage employee grievances.
