Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Assistant. The Purchasing Assistant will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, purchase orders, procurement, and communication with suppliers. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and assisting with the preparation of reports and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing processes and procurement
• Proficiency in creating and managing purchase orders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
